Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of prices and availability of items featured on this Site (www.marpc.co.uk), this cannot be guaranteed and price, availability and information may change without notice.

General Terms

Any returned item (excluding live stock) whether faulty or unwanted will either be replaced or a credit note will be issued, subject to the discretion of the management. Any faulty item, still under warranty must be returned with a till receipt, issued at the time of sale and accompanied with the original packaging. Any unwanted item must be returned in its original packaging unopened and unused within 14 days of purchase along with the till receipt. It will either be replaced or a credit note will be issued, subject to the discretion of the management. This does not affect your statutory rights. All prices in store include the prevailing rate of VAT. Payments in store can be made by cash or any major card provider. Payments made over the phone are accepted from all major card providers. Any deposits made will hold an item / animal for a period of 4 weeks unless agreed otherwise by management. If the balance due has not been paid by the end of 4 weeks, the item / animal will be placed back on sale and you will lose your deposit. Deposits cannot be transferred or refunded. If you are travelling a substantial distance it may be wise to ring ahead to see if the item you are interested in is still available. Any information given to us will not be passed to a third party without prior permission. When purchasing live stock from Mansfield Aquatic, Reptile & Pet Centre (The Marp Centre) You will be asked to provide contact details and these will be used to confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions.

Loyalty Card Terms

For every pound you spend, you will receive one point. Once you have collected a minimum of 100 points, they can be used to get at least a £5 discount off in store purchases. There is no equivalent cash value for the points. Excludes certain products, please ask in store for further details.

• 1 Point for every pound spent. 1 Point is equivalent to 5 pence.
• Minimum 100 Points needed to redeem against future purchases.
• Excludes Live food, Frozen Fish Food and Dog Food.
• Card must be presented to gain points, no exceptions.
• Subject to change without prior notification.
